Recycling Bins

Recycling bins never looked so great! After fixing them up, the bins were sent for sandblasting to remove the original paint. Once all the paint was gone, the surface got a protective coat which was followed by the topcoat colour.

During the powder coating process, a powder that contains resin and fine pigments is sprayed on the metal surface. The powder particles become charged, so they adhere to the surface. The powder smoothly fuses with the metal in a curing oven. There is a wide selection of colours to choose from, even sparkling metallic. The result is a durable and high-quality finish perfect for outdoor applications.
