Christmas Ski Tree

One of the perks of being a custom fabrication shop is that we get to work on exciting and unique projects.

Before the Holidays, one of our long-time customers, Sunshine Village Ski Resort asked if we could design and fabricate a Christmas Tree with skis.

They provided an example of what they had in mind, and Michel started to work on the design details. The project started by collecting as many skis as possible, so we can start the fabrication and have the Tree ready before Christmas.

There were +/- 200 skis used, the tree is made of 11 sections for easy delivery and assembly. The star on the Tree Top is made out of 20 ski poles. It is 14 feet tall and weighs approximately 1060 lbs. Check it out on your next ski day at Sunshine Village!
